HPC @ Rutgers Kickoff: Transforming Science through Computation and Data - Introducing the ELF System

Thursday, December 17, 2015 (All day)

Introducing HPC at Rutgers! High performance computing (HPC) is coming to Rutgers University at a level that's never been possible at Rutgers before. As RDI2 brings the new state-of-the-art ELF HPC equipment online and works with the Office of Advanced Research Computing (OARC) and the Rutgers community to develop a strategic plan for establishing a nationally competitive advanced cyberinfrastructure at Rutgers, we are also beginning a series of HPC workshops, trainings, and speaker presentations.

Workshop: Advances in Computational and Data Science for Investigative Discovery in Biology and Medicine

Thursday, October 22, 2015 - 8:30am

Join the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey (CINJ), Rutgers Discovery Informatics Institute (RDI2), and Institute for Quantitative Biomedicine at Rutgers (IQB@R) as we co-host this exciting, cross-disciplinary workshop for Rutgers researchers. The workshop will focus on identifying multidisciplinary research opportunities in the areas of computational and data-enabled biology and medicine, and exploring collaborations that can effectively respond to these opportunities.
